This Grade A office fitout in central Dublin will house the corporate headquarters for an important statutory body. The project consists of open plan and cellular offices spaces together with break-out spaces, meeting spaces and canteens. A key element of the project is the high quality boardroom & meeting room suite which is accessed separately from the office areas and serviced by a dedicated kitchen.

The project is currently onsite and due for completion in Q2 2025 and is being delivered using BIM.
