This project involves the complete refurbishment and extension of an exsting derilict building in Dublin for a private client. The proposed works will have an exemplary thermal performance, meeting and exceeding the current NZEB standards.

Internally a large open plan living space is created with clerestorey glazing, acting as a sun catcher, to provide light and heat throughout the day.

This device provides a generousity of light and space to an otherwise tight, terraced house.
