News: Printing House Square reaches completion.
The new Printing House Square building in Trinity College has reached substantial completion.
Ronan O’Connor & Cora Carbajo worked as consultants to McCullough Mulvin Architects in performing the roles of Employer’s Representative and Technical Advisor, (ER & TA), on this new state of the art university building in Dublin City Centre for Trinity College.
The building was designed by McCullough Mulvin Architects, (link here), delivery architects were O Mahoney Pike, construction by Bennett Construction.
The project contains 250 student accommodation bedspaces, a new College Health Centre, as well as squash courts, a handball court and ancillary university accommodation over 3 basement floors and 5 upper level floors.
Constructed to exemplarity environmental standards, the building is NZEB compliant and achieves a BREEAM Excellent rating.
