News: Crow’s Nest building reaches completion.

The new Crow’s Nest building for UCC has reached substantial completion.

OC+C Architects worked as consultants to McCullough Mulvin Architects in performing the role of Employers Representative on the Crow’s Nest project for UCC for the duration of the contract.

The building was designed and delivered by McCullough Mulvin Architects, (link here), and constructed by Sisk

The project contains 255 student accommodation bedspaces and a new state of the art Student Health Centre over 10 stories at this key city centre site in Cork. Constructed to exemplarity environmental standards, the building is NZEB compliant and achieves a BREEAM Excellent rating.
